When modifying the context on the top right hand corner of a note, when selecting another option in the drop down menu, you have to press again on the "modify" button at the bottom.
This was highlighted as annoying by Dr Laframboise fron GMF Le Granit.
This was also requested by GMF Sillery - not being obligated to click on Modify after (they want less clicks after changing the context)
SAD clinic users of the project COMTL are also mentioning it. Same for editing the site, the date and time of the note
