Patient Profil: Be able to create recalls or tasks when creating Preventive Activities (Add an option under Notes)

Affected Users:
Doctors and MOAs in BC and potentially users from other provinces.

Affected Task:
Creating Preventive Activities with minimal clicks.

Impact:
Reduces the number of clicks and time spent on Preventive Activities.

Current State:

1. Doctor creates a new entry or updates an existing one in Preventive Activities.

2. Doctor creates a task or recall for the MOA using the "New Task" or "New Recall" option in the top left of the patient file.

3. MOA is responsible for keeping Preventive Activities up to date.

4. MOA completes the task or recall.
