Allow super Admin to re-open closed / printed invoices

– Task affected: Editing closed invoices

– Impact: Sometimes, patients pay a portion of the total bill initially and settle the remaining balance after the appointment. However, when they make the final payment, printing the invoice closes it automatically.

– Current state: This setup creates additional workload for users, as they need to contact support to edit or re-open closed invoices.
