[CALENDAR] Appointment status - Possibilty to add status options from the front end or through request

Affected user(s):

• Requested by Anne-Marie Comeau from gmfalorette, but would assist in all medical provider's workflows.

• This would mainly be aimed at providers who write notes such as doctors and nurses.

• This update would impact all of them as opposed to a small portion.

Task affected:

• When in the calendar, the providers would be able to select a "To complete" status, for instance, which would allow for them to see which notes they need to complete at a glance.

Impact:

• This could be beneficial for several other reasons and would allow for a more flexible use of the scheduling by clinics who could adapt it to their workflow.

• In its current state, the calendar is a bit more restrictive and does not allow for users to be able to indicate which status they want in their appointments.

• TELUS's Medesync allows for the creation and edition of appointment statuses by clinic administrators.
