Let user be able to add description items while adding documents in "Documents" Tab

– Purpose: let users add the item in the description field while adding a document for example : Colonne lombo-sacrée, Colonne dorso-lombaire, Échographie abdomino-pelvienne
– Affected user(s): Doctors, IPS, MOA, everyone adding documents in MYLE.

– Task affected: In MYLE, within the "Documents" tab, the user doesn't find a specific value within the description suggestion. She would like to see the following description value : Colonne lombo-sacrée, Colonne dorso-lombaire, Échographie abdomino-pelvienne

– Impact : Every time a document with the one of the following value : Colonne lombo-sacrée, Colonne dorso-lombaire, Échographie abdomino-pelvienne will be added to the DME. Could save few seconds each time but also avoid any mistakes by miswriting the description. Optimize the potential report related to document description.

– Current state User write manually the value within the description text field.
