Users currently spend unnecessary time searching for CRDS forms and Conseil Numérique to review them, due to difficulty in quickly locating the information.
Current State:
Users must search through their notes or navigate to the CRDS section of PORTFOLIO to find CRDS requests and messages. This process involves multiple clicks and consumes time.
