REPORTING: Add the variables Pharmacy in PatientDimension

Affected User(s):
Users with access to the REPORTING tab who would like to include patient pharmacy variables in PatientDimension, such as:

• Pharmacy Name

• Pharmacists

• Phone

• Fax

• Address

Task Affected:
Create a list of patients based on the Preferred Pharmacy in their file.

Impact:
Users are unable to generate a list of patients based on their Preferred Pharmacy.

Current State:
There is no option to filter patients by pharmacy.
