Private Billing module need to be revisited as it is currently too limited and not user friendly enough.

Have more felxibility with Private Billing, right now, when the bill is printed, there is no way to modify the payment method for example, the edit button is no more, hence they are tied to the fact that they always need to contact us to update the payment method (if for example they put the choise "to be paid", print the bill for the patient, then when they pay it they need to contact us to update payment method which is inconvenient and against their workflow.
