Possibility to make the "Subject" field mandatory when creating an appointment.

Affected user(s): All users who create appointments.

Affected task: In the calendar, when creating an appointment, especially when a professional adds an appointment manually (i.e., "by hand").

Impact: On a typical day, a user may receive many appointments—Ms. Biba estimates around 100, though this number is not based on hard data. While this change may not save significant time, it would add a safety net for the data collected in the "Report" tab, ensuring more accurate information. Currently, when creating a report, we lose information because the "Ad Hoc" designation does not clarify which service was provided.

Current state: We just discovered this issue, so we will have to work with the data we currently have. It’s important to approach the data with caution.

Competition consideration: Ms. Biba is not familiar with any other EHR (Electronic Health Record) systems.
