Affected user(s): Administrator that add clickable text to user.

Task affected: To optimize the configuration of a user, administrator would like to add clickable text to user based on their group they are part of.

Impact: when you create a user, or push clickable text to a group of user.

Current state: at the moment you transfer the clickable text one by one.
