Ability to lock an entry in the fax directory.

Allow users/admins of the clinic to lock an entry in the fax directory so that the information cannot be modified by other users.

I understand this goes against the original purpose of the fax directory, but sometimes other users mistakenly change the fax number to an incorrect one or one belonging to a different branch. If these changes are approved, everyone will see them and users will have to constantly change it back to the correct number.

If we can make it so that for some entries, every clinic that chooses to 'lock' this entry will see her own 'version' of the entry we can prevent this problem from happening, in that case we would have kept the advantages a shared directory has ( freedom + ability to change info directly in MYLE) all while giving an option to the clinic to see their version of an entry if this entry tends to be modified often by other users.
