Calendar Slot suggestions not intuitive/adaptive when overlapping another Appointment

When in the 15 min interval view in Calendar and you click on an appointment slot that overlap with an existing Appointment, it will not automatically suggest actual next free availability time but the exact time of the selected slot. The client wishes and find it to be much more intuitive if it suggests proper time, as she prefers the view of 15 min intervals which give a broader and clearer view of the calendar, although it does not function properly when Appointment slot are outside the 15 min bracket, hence an automatic and adaptive time suggestion is very much wanted from Ms Bilyk.
