Ability to edit preventive care status

Task affected:
Updating a preventive care activity status or correct errors within a created activity without invalidating.

Impact:
The current issue is causing frustration for clients from AMC. It would be beneficial to have a feature similar to the new consultation request window, allowing users to freely change the status of a preventive care activity and add comments.

Current state:
Users are unable to edit the status.
