Export Time Slots > to be available for all users, not only users with admin access

– Affected user(s): User that has no admin access, and who needs to Export Time Slots

– Task affected: Administration > Services/combos. Give access to "Export Time Slots" option somewhere else that the administration tab

– Impact : They won't need to ask the admins to do so

– Current state If the user does not have access to the Administration tab, he needs to ask the admin to export the time slots
