Change 'NIP DSQ' to 'mot de passe DSQ'

For clients in QC.

During the initial configuration of user profiles, specifically the synchronisation of their DSQ, users are asked to enter their DSQ PIN. This can sometimes cause confusion as users can have an alphanumerical password that protects the DSQ. Users also sometimes get confused and enter the electronic signature PIN they have just created.

If users enter the wrong DSQ password 3x, they are blocked from accessing DSQ. The process to unblock it can be long and tedious, which affects healthcare professionals from accessing patient results.

Given that we are moving towards self-training for users before go-lives (rather than having an onboarding specialist present for the entirety of trainings), it would be beneficial to clarify the terminology and mitigate the risk of users being blocked from using DSQ (ex. upcoming deployment in ODIM with large amounts of users to be deployed).

Additionnally, MSSS documentation for the DSQ also uses the term 'mot de passe DSQ' : https://ti.msss.gouv.qc.ca/DSQ-Documents-de-soutien/(3)-Aide-memoire_Portail-libre-service.aspx

Suggestion : change 'NIP DSQ' to 'mot de passe DSQ'.
