Redirect the patient to the correct portal profile when an element is shared to a linked portal account

Affected user(s): MOAs, secretaries

Task affected: Guiding patients to find a shared element in the portal profiles.

Impact: It would reduce confusion, as patients of pcfho are reporting missing documents in their portal when is a document for their child.

Current state: When patients click on the link that redirects them to the portal when a document that belong to their child is shared in the portal, the link redirects the patient to their portal profile by default instead of showing them their child's inbox for the document.
