Possibility to make documents that are removed from file to not be accessible anymore (even in test file)

Client would like to have a way to bar or make a file inaccessible at all for the documents that were mistakenly put in wrong patient file and moved to a test file (remove from actual patient file). Right now, when you move it, it is still accessible on the test file or X file it was moved in.
