Billing - Do not make creation dates compulsory

– Affected user(s): Treating staff who's checking the billing tab

– Task affected: When reviewing the bills of a specific day

– Impact : Save time because the client mentioned with all the dates to enter, it's much more complicated as before

– Current state Sometimes they create bill for a visit that was days or weeks ago and when they try to search for such a bill they got confused with the date to apply because the creation day should be the date of the visit.

They have to put the date of the creation which they do not always remember because it doesn't correspond to the day of the visit.

They should be able to choose which type of date they would apply to search for the bills. They prefer to search with the day of the visit and not by the date of the creation. But the last one is mandatory.
