Task affected:
Refuse results that were sent to the incorrect provider.
Impact:
Users need to inform the administration and wait for the issue to be resolved before the result is removed from the results tab.
Current state:
The administration has to be informed of the issue. They must notify the TCR or SNDE that sent the incorrect result and contact our support team once they receive confirmation that the result has been corrected. The result is removed, and the administration is informed by email.
