Group notes - Send the note to supervision

– Affected user(s): intern and superviser

– Task affected: When creating a group note

– Impact and Current state: When the note has to be reviewed by the supervisor, the supervisor needs to go to the patient file and check the note that was not approved by the intern. The issue is that they are not warned that they need to check the group note.
