Add favourites or a default list when accessing the Lists tab

Affected user(s): MoA, Nurses, Doctors

Task affected: Searching for a specific list in the Lists tab

Impact: It would be helpful for MYLE environments with tons of lists to be able to add favourites so they appear first on the menu, or have a list you can select as the default one to appear when you click on the Lists tab.

Current state: Users need to look up for their list, which can be time-consuming,
