Users with access to the REPORTING tab.

Task affected:
Generating patient lists based on information in the "Other Notes and Interventions" section of medical notes.

Impact:
Users are unable to generate patient lists based on keywords in the "Other Notes and Interventions" section of medical notes.

Current state:
Users can only search by keywords in the Reason section of the notes.
