RX Renewals When replying to presc., it leave no trace of it in Patient File--

Currently, when you reply to a RX renewal, the only place the trace it (including the comment sent with the reply), would be in Portfolio--Fax section--and when you open the fax document.

Client wishes to have a clear view in the patient file that the Document was replied to and include the comments in patient file directly! Something like an additional column in the Document section that mentions Replied and includes comment.
