Specialists using MYLE have no good way to send back the consult notes and the workarounds awkward and timeconsuming and is a challenge for the specialist.

I'm wondering if you could help me with something. Part of my practice at South Hill is seeing patients on a referral basis and sending back a consult note afterwards. The referral notes are often 7 pages long. I have been resorting to using a word document and making it into a PDF and uploading it to Myle which is, of course really not okay on many levels. I had your team look at creating a digital template form, but they weren't able to find a way to make text boxes expandable - which means I have to write the same amount of information for each patient, which isn't feasible. We haven't found a solution to Myle's letterhead being only one page long and not able to expand. And printing a clinic note is also awkward as there are inaccurate titles and unnecessary information included.
