Calendar-reflecting accurate no of total availabilities per provider

The no of availabilities in the calendar (per provider) doesn't reflect correct availabilities in case the cliinc uses scheduling rules. It just displays 0 right now.

Also, users want to have the total # of appointments on the day to not include no-shows
