Patient Portal - integration of MSSS 'pertinence filters'

MSSS program provides for the application of a relevance filter ‘in order to evaluate, prioritise and direct patient requests based on their state of health and the urgency of their needs’ and ‘The FMG must also make all of its slots (with the exception of referral slots) public and available for use by the provincial relevance filter, when the latter becomes available on a platform supported by the Minister’.
