New MOA addition to existing Group, to have access to all tasks/message retroactively

currently when you add a new user to a group, tasks and message will be included going forth only, after addition to group for that user

although they would like to have the option or perhaps a selection to enable "retroactive" sharing so that anyone added to the group would always have/see the same amount of tasks/messages

the alternative solution was provided to client to share task with an MOA who has access to the older tasks/messages from the group, but thats not ideal and implementing the retroactive way with group would be much simpler and swift in this case, as well as would count properly in the counter, whereas the former alternative does not adjust the communication counter.
