Improve the files management in patient charts by adding categories for psychosocial items

Affected user(s): Social workers and other psychosocial providers

Task affected: Managing files and forms

Impact: It would be easier for them to look up and sort psychosocial evaluation forms in a specific folder in the patient chart.

Current state: The only way to find those psychosocial evaluations, which are currently dynamic PDFs, is within the clinical note it was added, or with the printer button at the top right.
