[Patient chart] Encounter notes - Possibility to link multiple patients to a note

Affected user(s):

• Requested by Maryse Carle-Fortin, who works at psc-vallee, which is a social pediatric center.

• This could help any user that has to create notes for patients in social settings, where it is common to see multiple siblings of the same family at the same time.

Task affected:

• This is specific to note creation in context where multiple patients are present during the appointment.

Impact:

• This would allow to save time as it would no longer be necessary to create a patient group, add a patient appointment, and then from there be able to open up the note.

• The user also underlines that creating patient groups every time she would need to create a group note would quickly pollute the list tab within MYLE.

Current state:

• The user recreates the note manually in all needed charts.
