MYLE Patient Portal - Notify user if patient has no notifiable SMS or email address

Affected user(s):

• Any user who communicates with patients through the portal.

Task affected:

• Notifying the patient when a communication was sent to them through the portal.

Impact:

• Users would be made aware that no SMS or email will be sent to patient if they keep the file as it is (with no SMS or email notifications enabled in their file)

Current state:

• Users will share a document/message to a patient, but the patient won't be notified.
