MYLE: The patient's name should appear consistently across all lists and areas of MYLE, in the format: last name, first name, middle name.

Everyone with access to the COMMUNICATIONS tab.

Task affected:
Quickly and efficiently locating the patient's name and accessing their file.

Impact:
Increased time spent searching for the patient in the task list.

Current state:
In the Tasks tab, the patient's name is displayed as First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, but it is sorted by last name. This makes it difficult to find the patient you're looking for. In all other tabs, the name is displayed as Last Name, First Name, Middle Name.
