Clickable Text: Allow for Click. Texts to be used for all sections of the notes at once

Currently: Can only use clickable text section by section in the note (E.i: Reason = 1 click text, Exam = 1 click text)

Improvement: To be able to enter a key word (e.i Locomoteur) and all the sections would be autofilled with the customed clickable text instead of having to manually click for each section

Medesync currently has a feature that allows users to create templates for the entire note
