Variable PDF: Gender checkboxes

Create three new variable to pull the gender of a patient unto checkboxes.

Similar to these two variables: cboSexM & cboSexF. However, instead of pulling the sex, it would pull the gender.

Would need a third variable for non-binary genders.

The data can be located in: Patient/Patient Profile/Patient Information/ Gender
