Option to add permit number and signature at the end of the note

Task affected: When generating a note, the users might want to add his name, permit number and signature. He would like to have the option to add this type of information automatically at the end of the note.

Impact : In the settings, in the section Personal information, the professional's title, a box for the practice number and the signature could be configured and saved.

Current state Currently, he's using the template creation feature to add a section Professional number and signature. Then he prints out the note and sign manually. He mentioned it's not a very aesthetic/official presentation.
