Templates created by user available in the section Note type

Affected user(s): All the users of CareWay in Myle

Task affected: When generated notes in Myle via CareWay, the users would like to be able to select their own templates they created in CareWay.

Current state They need to use the progress note or any other types of notes available. The users can generate their note with their own template in CareWay and then copy and paste the sections in the note in Myle.
