Dr Thusanth informed us that the clinic receives a lot of calls from pharmacies because they don't understand what the term 'R' stands for in faxed / printed prescriptions. He mentioned that his staff is wasting valuable time answering these calls. He suggests that instead of showing R in the printed / faxed prescriptions, we actually write the full word (Repetitions or Repeat) so that it's clearer.
