Fax Cover - Ability to save the page to documents.

Affected users: Health professionals.

Task affected: The client would like to be able to save the text entered in the fax cover to the documents section of the patient chart. Especially for renewalls.

Impact: This will help when reviewing renewalls later on.

Current state: No alternatives. The client uses annotation.
