This would affect mostly practicians that do not do SRV appointments according to the reporter.
This could benefit all users that have appointments in their own schedule in MYLE.
Task affected:
When working in other tabs than the schedule, the provider is forced to regularly go check back in the calendar if any appointment changed statuses (such as patient arrived) as the calendar does not indicate these changes on the menu item in anyway. The user is suggesting that the calendar displays a red notification badge (for instance) that would indicate that one of the appointments on their schedule has changed statuses.
Impact:
Without being actually quantifiable, this would save time for users by avoiding them having to repeatedly switch tabs to have the visibility they want to have.
