Include Lot Number and Injection Location in Vaccine History Fax

Description:
When faxing vaccine history, it would be helpful to include the Lot number and injection location. Currently, only the vaccine name and date are shown.

Affected user(s):
Physicians and nurses sending vaccine records — affects multiple users.

Task affected:Faxing vaccine history from the patient’s immunization record in MYLE.

Impact:
Would reduce follow-ups and improve completeness of vaccine records.

Current state:
Users currently have to manually retrieve and add this information.
