This impacts any user that produces or consults encounter notes in MYLE on a smaller screen resolution or a higher magnification level
This would impact all of the selected subset of users
Task affected:
When working in an encounter note at higher magnification levels (such as 150% in Windows Display Settings) or at smaller resolutions (such as on a 1368x768 screen), the button hides a large part of the note/the information contained in the note. What prompted this call was that the user could not fill out her obstetrical forms because the button was in front of the text fields.
Impact:
This would allow users to comfortably use the new UI without having to modify their resolution/magnification level, which might be an unhappy scenario for older users or people with older devices.
This is specifically true in the case of clinics using tablet computers such as a Microsoft Surface, on which they very often crank up the magnification to be able to see properly.
Current state:
The user is forced to manipulate their settings over and over to be able to complete their task, then see the UI properly again, etc.
