Update the Exam request status from 'Draft' to 'Sent' automatically when faxed, just like the Consultation request does

Affected user(s): Any

Task affected: Sending Exam request

Impact: It would fit with the logic of the consultation request and save clicks

Current state: Unlike the consultation request, you need to manually update the status to 'Sent' when dealing with exam requests.

    This was requested by client: gmfsillery.
    I think the automatic Sent status would also be relevant when sharing it to the portal, for now it stays as Draft
