Task affected:
Ensuring all questions asked to the patient are added to the note, as they may be legally required to be documented.
Impact:
Time spent correcting the note and overall efficiency of the AI.
Current state:
Once information is added in MYLE, CoeurWay users cannot see all the questions they asked during the appointment, nor the patient's responses to those questions.
Even if the answer was "No," "No symptoms," or any other indication that the patient is fine in that aspect, it should still be recorded and saved in the notes.
Competition consideration:
CoeurWay standalone. Users can ask it to add those questions in the note after it creates it.
