Long Term Care Improvements

A improved module to handle:
1) Manage medication administration (not prescribing)
2) Plan thérapeutique infirmier form - rather than a PDF form, perhaps develop a Smart Form to allow it to interact/work with other modules/areas within MYLE
3) Being able to add items to the Medical Summary without creating a medical note (productid 79)
