Annotate prescriptions in Rx Renewals tab

Affected user(s):

• Users having access to Renewal tab

Task affected:

• When receiving a prescription, we are not able to annotate directly in the RX Renewal tab

Current state:

• The user needs to go to the patient file, in the document section to be able to annotate the prescription
