SUGGESTION is pertaining to faxing out a Note to the GP's. Sending one note with a concise flow, as opposed to a single document from each section of the Note.
CURRENT: There is no easy way to create ONE outgoing letter that includes sections from the;
Progress Note
Medical Summary
Assessment
Plan
the physician would have to create each individual section and click the printer on the top right, to attach each section as a separate PDF to fax/print. Creating a lot of waste in paper if printed, and a lot of page flipping when faxed.
SUGGESTION: Create a custom form that auto-populates from optional fields like medical summary, progress note, assessment and plan
deploy custom form as a dynamic tag for all specialists joining MYLE
