[PATIENT CHART] Clickable texts - Repositioning the clickable text button of the interface to allow for less wasted movement

• This usability issue is encountered broadly, especially by those who frequently use the "Choose from list" feature when entering notes.

• The issue occurs during the clinical note-writing workflow in MYLE, specifically when selecting prewritten text options using the "Choose from list" functionality.

• This happens in the note editor, where users type and insert standard phrases.

Impact:

• This is a common, repetitive task that affects daily workflows.

• It would reduce unnecessary mouse movements and streamline the process, leading to improved speed and comfort in note-writing.

• The current layout creates a "triangle" navigation pattern (start writing on the left, click on the right, choose from center, close, return to left), which is inefficient and tiring over time.

Current state:

• Users currently access the clickable text ("Choose from list") from a button on the right-hand side of the text box.

• This interrupts the left-to-right writing flow and adds extra hand/mouse movement for each interaction
