Scheduling tab - add the name of the intervenant in template creation

• MOA, administrators, treating staff

Task affected:

• When creating a template in the scheduling tab, the client would like the option to specify the name of the intervenant for whom the template will be used, so that the listed services correspond to those offered by that intervenant

Impact:

• There are many errors in the services applied within the template, which cause issues when attempting to apply the template to the intervenant’s calendar, as the template does not appear in the list
