Task affected: Managing online booking
Impact: It would be helpful for the clinic to be able to decide which service appears first when a patient is booking an appointment from the portal, so they can the most common or useful one first, and the others afterwards.
Current state: There is no logic that rules how the services will appear (confirmed by devs), even if we put a number in front of the name of the service for the portal. Patients will often select the first service they see, even though it is not the most appropriate one.
