Transfer results to different doctors in different environments

Affected users: Doctors and nurses.

Task affected: Results transfer.

Impact: The client has MYLE accounts in different environments. He would like to be able to transfer results to different doctors in each environment. Currently, the same setting is applied automatically to all his MYLE account.
