Impact:
Currently, users must take multiple steps to approve a document with status "Annotate document while viewing patient medical summary." After opening the document in Annotate to review it, they need to return to the document list to approve it. This process is cumbersome, especially when dealing with a large volume of documents, making it difficult to locate and approve the specific document just reviewed.

Current State:
Users with "Annotate document while viewing patient medical summary" set as their default document view must:

1. Open the document in Annotate to review it.

2. Exit Annotate and return to the document list.

3. Locate the same document again to approve it.

This workflow increases the number of clicks and leads to frustration when documents are hard to find in long lists.

Proposed Improvement:
Enable users to approve documents with status "Approved by Colleague" directly within Annotate after reviewing them.
